Fallon Health Weinberg names Christa Cutrona, R.N., Program Director

Worcester, Mass., October 19, 2022— Fallon Health Weinberg is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Christa Cutrona, R.N., as Director of Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE, its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Amherst, New York. Cutrona has more than a decade of experience in health care, and most recently served as the Erie County Director of Correctional Health Service for the Erie County Sheriff’s office.

Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE is an innovative program that helps manage the care needs of older adults so they can remain living as independently as possible at home or in the community while also supporting caregivers. Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE currently serves approximately 145 participants in Erie County.

In her role, Cutrona is responsible for administrative, professional, clinical, and operational leadership of the Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE, as well as strategic planning, and coordinating and evaluating services provided by Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE.

Fallon Health Weinberg’s parent company, Fallon Health, is the largest PACE provider in New England and among the top 10 in the country. Fallon Health operates Summit ElderCare PACE in Massachusetts with approximately 1,225 participants. 

Cutrona earned a master’s degree in nursing from Daemen College. She is involved in the Buffalo community, serving as a leader-participant for LeadingAge NY and is an active member of the New York State PACE Alliance and the National PACE Association.
